Screen Printing
Screen printing is the art of pushing ink through a design imposed mesh screen onto apparel or other promotional products. Sounds simple, but we here at Solid Kustomz know that it takes skill and an eye for detail to get the job done right. Multiple ink colors and multiple product options makes this style of Kustomization the way to go for most jobs. Now Kustomizing orders from 12 to 1000's.
What YOU need to know about your Kustom order
Screen printing requires a minimum quantity of 12 pieces when using a one color design, 24 pieces when using a two color design, 36 pieces when using a 3 color design, etc. (Let us know if you are providing your own items).
An underbase is required for some shirt colors depending on the design. This counts as a color when determining pricing.
The best pricing generally comes when we can order your items by the dozen for you, but all Kustom order sizes can be catered to.
Don't have a design or logo to provide? We have many options to help you out in that department. Just let us know in as much detail as you can what you're looking for, and our Solid Kustomz team will get to work.

WHAT ARE WE PRINTING? Have a design or logo? Great! We need a good file to work with such as .ai, .eps, .pdf, .tif or similar. Not sure or need some help? Give us some detail on what you are looking for and our Solid Kustomz team can provide you with helpful tools or a brand new design. * an art fee may apply.
WHAT ARE WE PRINTING ON? Have a certain colored t-shirt in mind for your design? Or maybe you would like your logo on a promotional bag? Let us know what you have in mind. Not sure? We use sevral distributors with 1000's of products at our fingertips. We can provide you with links to shop.
HOW MANY DO YOU NEED? The best pricing comes when we can order in the dozens for you, but any size Kustom order can be catered to. Let us know how many you need of each size you need.
